We hope that you’re pleased with your order and won’t have to return or exchange.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may send it back to us for an exchange or store credit only.
If the product conforms to the image and description and has no defects, we will offer exchange or store credit only.
If the product does not conform to the image and description and has defects caused by us, we accept return and offer exchange, store credit or refund.
However, If you need to return or exchange any item, please ensure thats it is in an approved and saleable condition within 10 days from when you received it.
It must have the the tag, all paperwork and packaging materials on and be free from make-up and all stains.
It must also have not been used, washed or altered in any way.
You can only exchange your order for items of the same style in a different size or colour.
We can only process merchandise that has been received back to our custody for returns or exchanges.
You are responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend returning your parcel using a tracked/insured service.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

If the item is returned damaged, it will be rejected and sent back to the customer at your own cost.
If your package gets missing in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for packages that were delivered with proof of delivery.
Please note that all sale items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
